Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note:

  • Dresses must be unworn, unaltered, and free from perfume or makeup
  • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • Final sale items cannot be returned (see exceptions below)

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality for all our customers, these items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made dresses (including certain bridesmaid gowns)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” during promotional events
  • Underwear or bodysuits for hygiene reasons

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate your return within 15 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for approval – our style team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package your return securely in the original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship your return using a trackable method to:

Exchange Process

For a different size or color of the same style:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Include a note specifying your desired exchange item
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred item is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
